Meet Cleopatra Zifiglio

At the beginning of my career, I often felt uncertain about which direction to take. I wanted work that felt meaningful and aligned with who I was but I didn’t know how to get there. Over time, I learned that clarity comes from exploration, reflection, and taking intentional steps forward – not from waiting for the “perfect” answer.
This realisation shaped my professional journey. I completed a law conversion course, earned a Masters degree in Leadership and HR Management, and built a career supporting people through transitions, development and decision-making. Along the way, I discovered what truly energised me: partnering with individuals as they navigate moments of change, uncertainty or self-doubt.
Today as a Career and Confidence Coach, I support professionals who want to gain clarity, strengthen confidence and develop sustainable boundaries so they can move forward with purpose.
My coaching style is calm, reflective, and grounding. I create a space where clients can think clearly, explore possibilities, and reconnect with their strengths. I work in partnership with each client, using powerful questions and structured reflection to help them generate their own insights and next steps.
I support clients to:
- clarify their goals and direction
- reconnect with their strengths and values
- develop healthier and sustainable boundaries
- navigate transitions with intention
- create practical, achievable action plans
My diverse background allows me to see challenges from multiple perspectives and offer coaching that is thoughtful, supportive, and tailored to each individual. I believe everyone deserves a career that feels aligned and fulfilling – and my role is to help clients move toward that with clarity and confidence.
